Mesrkanloo International Exchange is hiring UAE National Customer Service Representative for our money exchange.
Responsibilities:
1) Good knowledge of product and services to assist the customer. Ensure that all customers receive proper attention and are treated equally.
2) Monitor the counters and ensure that staff is available at the counters to help the customers.
3) Make the customer aware about our product and services Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
4) Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
5) Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
6) Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
7) Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
8) Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience, Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9) Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Education and Experience:
1) Bachelor’s Degree
2) Minimum one year experience
