Buying and Selling of Currencies are subject to rules and regulations of the UAE Central Bank

Mesrkanloo International Exchange has the right to recover any amount paid in excess to the Customer due to errors and oversights.

Mesrkanloo International Exchange will not disclose the confidential information of the customer to any third party unless it is required to do so by any applicable law or regulation within and outside the region.

Mesrkanloo International Exchange will refund the unclaimed funds as per the guidelines of the regulatory authorities.

Money Transfers shall be governed and construed in accordance with the UAE Laws. The service may also be directly or indirectly affected by the laws, regulations, practices, and policies of any place where a correspondent operates or where the payment is made or received.

Any amendments or re-issuance of the remittance transaction requested by the customer for any reason will be subject to our regular charges and settlement of any rate differences, if applicable.

Upon signing the receipt, the customer confirms and acknowledges the correctness, authenticity, and legality of all the transaction details and will be held responsible for the same.

Cancellation and Refund: Transfers or any other remittance transaction returned unpaid for whatsoever reason will be refunded to the sender at the prevailing market buying rate or transaction rate whichever is lower, excluding the front-end & back-end charges, cancellation fees and any other expense incurred as a result.

Mesrkanloo International Exchange will communicate with the Customers through its official channels only. The Customer should never share passwords, login credentials, OTP or any information that can be used to authenticate identity with not to any third party as it might lead to fraud.

By agreeing to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, the customer agrees not to use Mesrkanloo International Exchange services for any prohibited/illegal purposes.

Mesrkanloo International Exchange will communicate/disclose to our consumers with prior notification on our website at least 60 days before implementing any changes to commission rates, fees, terms and conditions, or plans to close, merge, or relocate a branch.

Mesrkanloo International Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these ‘Terms & Conditions’ from time to time.
