Currency Purchase & Sale:

Buying and Selling of Currencies are subject to rules and regulations of the UAE Central Bank.

Foreign Currency once bought or sold could be returned only at the prevailing buy rate.

Please count your money before leaving the Counter and obtain an official receipt for your transaction, neither Mesrkanloo International Exchange (MIE) nor its employees will be held liable for any claims or shortages thereafter.

MIE has the right to recover any amount paid in excess to the customer due to errors and oversights.
Transfers & Services:

Money Transfers shall be governed and construed in accordance with the UAE Laws. The service may also be directly or indirectly affected by the laws, regulations, practices and policies of any place where a Correspondent operates or where the payment is made from or received.

Warning Statement: MIE reserves all rights to execute transfer (TT/TRF) via any of its correspondents. All additional and applicable charges/taxes by its correspondents or beneficiaries bank and/or Intermediary Banks will be deducted from the principle amounts of transfer.

MIE will not be held responsible, if any transfer is delayed by any of its correspondents for any reason.

Warning Statement: The actual time to complete a transaction may varies from the estimated TAT due to increased scrutiny of the transaction by the Correspondent/ Intermediary and or Beneficiary banks.

Transaction paid by Cheque; the cheque must be currently dated, Crossed and payable to MIE, the transaction will be valid and released subject to cheque realization and credited to MIE’s bank account, In case the said cheque is dishonored or rejected for what so ever reason, the customer agree to settle in full cash along with any variations in the currency and other correspondent bank charges.

Any transaction related complaint should be lodged within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the date of transaction.

Cancellation & Refund: Transfers or any other remittance transaction returned unpaid for whatsoever reason will be refunded to the sender at the prevailing market buying rate or transaction rate whichever is lower, excluding the front end & back-end charges, cancellation fees and any other expense incurred as a result.

Warning Statement: This product and services may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.

In the event of any inconsistency between the two texts (Arabic & English) for the above Terms & Conditions, then Arabic Version will be overruled.

Furthermore, by signing the receipt, the customer confirms and acknowledges the correctness, authenticity, and legality of all the transaction details and will be held responsible for the same.

I/We hereby declare and confirm that the Source of Fund for this transaction is from a legitimate source and not generated from any illegal activities and the purpose of this transaction is not for any Money Laundering, Terrorist and Proliferation of Mass destruction Financing activities.
