ICXS - International Customer Experience Standard 2019

Mesrkanloo International Exchange has been awarded as the World’s first financial firm to receive ICXS (International Customer Experience Standard), Certified by British Standards Institution (BSI.)

It is a great pleasure to say that we have been awarded the International Customer service standard which is the world’s most unique Certification granted for the best customer service. MIE is a member of DSES (Dubai Service Excellence Scheme), investor partner of DQG (Dubai Quality Group) and we have also implemented the management system for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management & ISO 31000:2009 Risk Management. In 2021 we are looking to feat the Advanced Certification of ISO 19600-2001 for Compliance Management & ISO/IEC 27001 for Information Security Management.
