Summary

We are hiring an HR ASSISTANT for our money exchange. Qualified and relevant experienced candidates are welcome to apply for the post.

An HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.


Key Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS and CIPD
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Description

  • Monitoring business operations for compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
  • Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
  • Develop and review the company’s AML policies.
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  • Prepare and present clear and proper compliance reports to the Management, including AML/CFT issues, as and when required. Keep a record of the Voucher mistakes and other compliance-related errors made in the transactions and correct the employee by giving adequate training.
  • Act as the key contact point regarding all AML/CFT related matters/ queries from the Central Bank and any other competent authorities Offering training and education support

Education & Experience

  • Masters in Human Resource Management with CIPD and CHRP Certification Mandatory
  • At least 5+ years of UAE experience in Money Exchange Company
