We are hiring a COMPLIANCE OFFICER for our money exchange. Qualified and relevant experienced candidates are welcome to apply for the post.

A compliance officer is an employee of a company who helps that company maintain policies and procedures to remain within an industry's regulatory framework. The duties of a compliance officer may include reviewing and setting standards for outside communications by requiring disclaimers in emails or examining facilities to ensure they are accessible and safe. Compliance officers may also design or update internal policies to mitigate the risk of the company breaking laws and regulations and lead internal audits of procedures.

Key Skills

Monitor adherence and work with the business to remediate incidents of non-compliance:

  • Conduct reviews of organizational practices and operations in order to assess adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Consult with others to identify root causes of non-compliance events.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective actions or risk mitigation strategies, and ensure proper implementation.

Develop policies to support compliance:

  • Determine what policies are applicable and needed in the organization.
  • Review and update procedures to reflect changes in legislation and the business.
  • Act as an educational and training resource on compliance matters


  1. Monitoring business operations for compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
  2. Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
  3. Develop and review the company’s AML policies.
  4. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  5. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  6. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  7. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  8. Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  9. Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  10. Prepare and present clear and proper compliance reports to the Management, including AML/CFT issues, as and when required. Keep a record of the Voucher mistakes and other compliance-related errors made in the transactions and correct the employee by giving adequate training.
  11. Act as the key contact point regarding all AML/CFT related matters/ queries from the Central Bank and any other competent authorities
  12. Offering training and education support

Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with CAMS Certification Mandatory additional a specific certification in any AML/CFT compliance courses (CFE, ICA, etc)
  2. Central Bank of UAE Approved
  3. 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE in the Money Exchange field

  • Updated Banking and Exchange field knowledge.
